Now entering its 30th season, the Market continues to serve our dynamic and growing community by offering high quality fresh produce grown within a 50 mile radius of the Market. Upwards of 80 vendors serve up to 5,000 customers on Saturday mornings and beginning in 2008 the Market is now open year round. We take great pride in operating the Carrboro Farmers' Market and continue to assist in the expansion and education of local food opportunities in North Carolina and throughout the country. Since 1979, we feel direct marketing is the best way to expand the importance of local food in our economy, which is why we are one of the only farmers' markets that ensures that our farmers grow as well as sell directly to our customers.
