Keith Denny raises vegetable and herb transplants in his 2400 square foot greenhouse for spring, summer, and fall planting.  He grows multiple varieties of kale, lettuce, broccoli, cauliflower, swiss chard, cabbage, collards, brussels sprouts, kohlrabi, spinach, bok choy, tomatoes, peppers, eggplants, squash, cucumbers, cantaloupes, watermelons, and more.

My transplants are almost exclusively grown from seed, if at all possible, from organic seed where available. Most seeds have to be started many weeks before being field ready. This obviously takes a great deal of planning. To this end, I have maintained log books for the greenhouse to aid in seeding times, weather conditions, heat mat temperatures, growth rates of various varieties etc.
