Eliza MacLean began this small-scale farm in 2000, with an intensive rotational grazing system for livestock and poultry. A majority of the 32-acre farm is dedicated to wooded and grass pastures, and a greenhouse, barn, half-acre garden also reside on the property. They sell pork, goat, poultry, lamb, eggs, and vegetables at the market. 

Cane Creek Farm sells at the Wednesday and Saturday Markets. 

Growing Practices: Goes beyond organic, using animal power and fertility without the addition of synthetic fertilizers and pesticides. Animals are in a rotational grazing system and fed local grains as well as garden gleanings.
