A 330-acre family-run goat cheese dairy in Chatham County's Silk Hope community. Brit Pfann is the principal farmer and cheesemaker, managing and milking 80 goats. From their goats the farm produces several styles of goat cheese, goat milk gelato, and soap (Cud-Zu Goat Milk Soap). Free-range eggs and micro greens are also produced on the farm. Fleming Pfann, the originator of the dairy, also runs the licensed B&B Inn located on the property. 

Celebrity Dairy sells at the Saturday Market.

Production Practices: Low impact, sustainable farming. Follows a NRCS approved conservation plan to preclude soil erosion and control watershed nutrient runoff.
