Elysian Fields Farm, composed of Elise Bortz, family and crew members, has been selling at the Carrboro Farmers' Market and hosting CSA program since 2001. Aiming for the highest quality and freshest produce one could expect, Elysian Fields Farm nurtures the soil on 5 acres of production land in Cedar Grove. 

Growing Practices: We use sustainable agriculture production methods and follow organic standards although we are not certified organic.
