The Annual Harvest Dinner at the Carrboro Farmers' Market has become a cherished tradition. It is a night that brings together chefs, market farmers, and our community for an incredibly delicious locally sourced meal in Town Commons. We are excited to host our 4th Annual Harvest Dinner in Carrboro Town Commons on Thursday, September 17th.
The event will feature hearty potluck-style dishes from twenty of the area's finest chefs including Jeff Barney of Saxapahaw General Store, Bill Smith of Crook's Corner, Brendan Cox of Oakleaf, Kevin Callaghan of ACME, VImala Rajendran of Vimala's Curryblossom Cafe, and many more.
Steel String Brewery and Benjamin Vineyards Winery will host the pre-dinner cocktail social at Town Commons, giving folks some extra time to enjoy great company and purchase local beverages! The fun begins at 6:15pm!
Tickets for the potluck meal are $65 when purchased before September 10th. You can buy tickets online or at the Market Welcome Booth. All proceeds from the dinner will go right back to the Market!
A special thanks to The Splinter Group for their Marketing and Design Support, and Orange County Solid Waste Management for support in making this a trash free event.
