guest vendor program
The Carrboro Farmers’ Market is accepting applications for new guest vendors! Applications will be open from January 1st through January 31st, 2025. Applications will be reviewed in February and final decisions will be made in March.
Guest vendor applicants must read through the CFM's By-Laws, Rules, and Board Guidelines prior to filling out an application. Guest vendors should especially consider the Guest Vendor Policy, which is on pages 30-31 of our rules.
Only businesses selling highly desired specialty food items that complement the Market’s current offerings are eligible to apply to be guest vendors at the Carrboro Farmers’ Market. Prepared food applicants must demonstrate a history of using locally sourced ingredients to be considered.
Guest vendors must fill out an application, which includes providing copies of any permits that allow them to sell their products and photos of their products. There is a $25 guest vendor application fee.
Applications and application fees are due by January 31st, 2025. The fee can be paid electronically. Incomplete applications or unpaid applications will NOT be considered.
