Creamy Basil Dressing

Makes almost a liter

Blend:
1 cup olive or canola oil
1 tsp. honey
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp. salt
Big handful of fresh basil
Big handful of fresh spinach
3 Tbsp. white wine vinegar

Slowly add 1 cup of buttermilk while mixing.
