Red Tail Grains is made up of George Allen and Daniel Cowan. We farm right here in Orange County, using sustainable practices (no herbicides, pesticides, synthetic fertilizers). We grow everything ourselves and then send it through our grist mill, keeping everything as fresh as possible. We have your freshly ground, stone-milled flours, cornmeal, grits, and breakfast cereals.

Red Tail Grains sells at the Saturday Market year-round.
